Room blocks and working together
Do guests book and pay on their own?
We can handle it either way: each guest books and pays individually, or everything is managed through the agency. We agree on it together at the start.
What happens if the room block doesn’t fill up?
It depends on the property. Before confirming, we walk you through the hold, release and cancellation terms, so there are no surprises.
How far ahead should we start?
For peak-season weddings we recommend blocking rooms 9–12 months ahead. We can still work with shorter timelines.
Do you only work in the destinations listed on the site?
No. They are a selection to showcase, not a limit on where we work.
Can you look after a single traveler referred by an agency?
Yes. We can look after a whole group or a single traveler entrusted to us by an agency.
