What data we collect
Through the request form we collect the data you choose to share with us: full name, email, phone (optional) and information about your project, event or trip (destinations, dates, number of participants, services of interest, notes). Please do not include special categories of data (for example health data) unless strictly necessary to organize your stay.
Why we process it
We use your data only to reply to your request, get back to you, arrange an introductory call and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How and for how long
Requests are delivered by email to our team through the Resend service. We keep the data for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting relationship, and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last contact if no assignment follows.
Who we share it with
Your data is never published or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be processed by technical providers that support us (website hosting, email delivery) acting as data processors. If you choose to book a call through the calendar, the data you enter is also processed by Calendly under its own privacy policy.
Cookies
This website only uses technical cookies required for it to work. The Calendly calendar is loaded only if you choose to display it.
Your rights
At any time you can request access to, correction, erasure or restriction of your data, object to its processing and request its portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
